Hey Brenda, this was a really proficient and totally comforting soup! The only major thing I changed was eliminating the h2o and beefiness boullion and using low salt beef goop. After browning my beef and vegies I put everything into my crock pot. For those who mentioned that the meat was tough, the slow cooker seemed to be the reply. I e'er add together more seasonings (garlic and onion pulverization) and I boiled my egg noodles in a split up sauce pan and then added them to the slow cooker at the very end. Married man Drew and kid Ash (Ty was at dance) went basics over this! Thanks Brenda for a very quick and satisfying meal!

Although I'grand a trained professional person bakery, I dearest making soup and finding a great recipe to utilize as a bound off is key(I love making soup, merely I'm nonetheless learning!). I made this soup for a girlfriend who was recuperating from surgery, and needed something nourshing however calorie-free, and very piece of cake to reheat. I played a flake with the recipe by seasoning the meat with seasoned salt, pepper celery salt, and onion pulverisation earlier sauteeing(pat the meat dry starting time)with the onion and celery. I besides used ane tin of low table salt beef broth in place of 2 cups of the water, and I added a tin can of drained beans(I used large white beans)forth wiht the residue of the veggies and noodles. I found that the common salt is more than controlled, and if the soup needs more salt or pepper, information technology can be added at the end of cooking. This soup is so nourshing and she loved it. My boyfriend, who was a very picky eater loved it likewise. You may need to upward the liquids, then purchase 2 cans of low table salt beef broth only in example.

This soup is delicious. I sauteed everything upwardly the night before and let it simmer in the crockpot the following day, adding the noodles at the end. I think the egg noodles make this dish. Even the husband liked it. We've put it in the "keeper" pile of recipes. I did up the corporeality of water - upwards to seven cups - that seems to be about right for the states.
02/03/2007
Although the bones recipe itself was delicious I'grand sure, I've never been able to not make a recipe my own.Existence more of a "stoup" lover I used ane 1/2 C of beef goop and two ane/2 C of water instead of the v 3/iv C of water. I added 1/4 cup of flour into the meat mixture earlier I added liquid for a thicker consistancy. I as well added approx a TBSP of onion powder and used Footing Deer Meat instead of stew meat. And finally topped off the finished product with some french fried onions.Served with Grilled cheese. Delicious! :)

This recipe was super piece of cake and great. I did it with a piffling over a loving cup of uncooked egg noodles, iii cubes of beef bouillon and at to the lowest degree double the water that the recipe chosen for. The whole family loved information technology-in that location were no leftovers! It tasted similar more than work went in to it. A keeper! I used regular stew meat and I call back I cooked it for an hour to soften it a bit more.
01/07/2003
This was wonderful! I've been looking for a beef noodle soup. I used sirloin instead of stew meat and cooked it longer. The steak was tender and the flavor of the soup was outstanding. A keeper for my family.
03/26/2003
I too used the beef broth instead of the water and bouillion. I did add additional water and a package of Liptons beef and mushroom soup mix as my family likes that mushroom taste. I added 3 cloves of chopped garlic to the onion and celery and this soup mix was perfect! Easy, Easy. Easy! Will definately prepare again!
10/15/2001
I just made it again and added light-green beans and a little tomato powder! Wow! My family and friends just love this soup. It's about stew like..... This was corking!! I had a beefiness shank for soup in the freezer, so I browned that and then put it with all the other ingredients except the noodle in a crock pot. Afterwards a few hours I cut upwards the meat and put it and the noodles back in the crock pot to finish up cooking. The house smelled wonderful, merely the best was how much my family loved this soup!! I also cheated and used a bag of shredded carrots. Thanks soooo much for this piece of cake and succulent recipe!
01/10/2003
Oh yum. It is a whole xiv degrees hither in Chicago and this was great. I added the noodles during the concluding final 10 minutes(a lilliputian more than than chosen for) & some peas, my hubby pretty much ate 1/2 of it! Thanks Brenda!
eleven/13/2002
Very good soup. I too used a lilliputian more than than a loving cup of uncooked egg noodles and used 4 beefiness buillion cubes. Very good, quick and like shooting fish in a barrel soup. Nonetheless, when I reheat the soup a few hours later, some of the noodles were very mushy. Still, fifty-fifty with mushy noodles, information technology was still skillful. Side by side time, I'll add together them the terminal 10 minutes of cooking.
08/15/2011
I sauteed 3 cloves of garlic with the beef, onion, celery and carrots. Added ane can beefiness broth, 1 can diced tomatoes with juice, a few dashes Worcestershire, a few shakes of basil, the parsley, blackness pepper to taste, a bay leaf, 8 cups water, 3 Tbsp. Beef Bullion Granules and a splash of Balsamic Vinegar. As well threw in a handbag of sliced push mushrooms and a bunch of green beans. Couldn't discover the frozen egg noodles, so decided to go with frozen 4 Cheese Tortellini instead. Added a handful of Parm. WONDERFUL SOUP!
01/eleven/2011
Nosotros loved this recipe. The simply thing that I did differently was added minced onion due west/ the stew meat when saute & added a few small ruby-red potatoes. It turned out wonderful.
01/10/2006
I take tried many recipes on this site and take had huge success. This recipe was the exception. I made information technology the style suggested. I and then took the meat out to season the meat (adding Worcestershire Sauce)...it STILL did not better. I DO Non recommend this one. It's a stinker.
11/20/2010
Very good!! We used regular egg noodles instead of frozen. Simmered the soup for about 22 mins then added the noodles for the concluding viii. Too added a splash of Worcestershire. Used 4 burgoo cubes and 11 ane/2 cups water. We both took some leftovers for lunch the next day and it was yet delicious- the noodles were not soggy at all. Also, a very quick and simple soup. Perfect for a winter weeknight.
01/04/2011
I constitute this recipe to be very tasty, quick and easy to prepare which is something I look for on this site at times. And so thank you Brenda Loop. Your recipe has been saved in My Recipe Box!
01/04/2011
Very skilful soup!! I enjoyed it immensely. I added mixed frozen vegetables along with the celery and a 1/four teaspoon of garlic powder.
01/04/2011
And so good, but I'm on the Am Heart Assn Diet and can't accept boullion, considering of the super high sodium. This recipe is just equally good with lowfat low sodium beef consumme, or lowfat/low sodium beef base. Also, add together some mushrooms for extra flavor!
12/12/2008
Very proficient! Information technology needed a bit of work on the sense of taste, however. A bay leaf improved the flavor. Too added about i/iv tsp each stale marjoram and thyme and 2 cloves of finely minced garlic, which I sauteed toward the stop of frying the onion, carrot and celery. Replaced the water with beefiness stock, thereby eliminating the need for bouillon cubes, which add too much salt and too-fake a gustation. These changes represented big improvements to this basic recipe. Keen comfort food!
02/08/2011
This was very good.I had some leftover round steak that I used.I don't usually employ beef for noodle soup but this is a keeper.
eleven/thirteen/2002
Very good soup. I too used a petty more than a cup of uncooked egg noodles and used 4 beef buillion cubes. Very practiced, quick and piece of cake soup. Nevertheless, when I reheat the soup a few hours later, some of the noodles were very mushy. However, fifty-fifty with mushy noodles, information technology was still good. Next time, I'll add them the final 10 minutes of cooking.
01/08/2005
I wasn't really in the mood for beefiness "stew" just I needed a recipe to use up some sirloin and what I had in the fridge instead of making a trip to the store. This came closest to the ingredients on manus. Instead of celery I had mushrooms and I used canned goop instead of granules and I made habitation made egg noodles. The event was a very satisfying soup! Yous do need to cook information technology longer than 30 minutes for the beef to get tender, depending on the cut. Unfortunately that means you stop up with a more stew-like flavor instead of the fresh beefy gustatory modality it has when showtime simmering. And then it is a trade off between the flavor or tenderizing the beefiness.
01/21/2001
I take a footling hint you have to melt the meat longer or else it's really tough and add more h2o than it calls for it's pretty stiff!!
09/xiii/2007
I love this recipe. It's so like shooting fish in a barrel to brand! I added some red pepper flakes to add some zing and information technology was so delicious. I'll make information technology again!
12/01/2010
I added fresh garlic, thyme and a lot of blackness pepper. I'll make this recipe again but will definately add together spices for flavour.
11/26/2008
WOW! This was awesome. i merely gave information technology iv stars bc i made some changes that i think threw information technology over the superlative. I sauteed onion and fresh garlic first (i omitted celery). i tossed stew meat in a flour/ground pepper/onion powder mixture. i fried meat in aforementioned pan on loftier until crisp covering formed. I added everything (including raw carrots) in the crockpot and cooked all solar day. I made homemade egg noodles (recipe from this site). the family unit loved it! Thanks!
04/thirty/2002
Great recipe. I cooked the stew meat for an hour to make it more tender. I also used a beefiness soup base instead of the granules. Will definetly make again.
01/07/2001
absolutly oustanding!
x/25/2006
This was pretty good, simply brand certain yous aren't pressed for time. The meat needed to cook longer & if you lot don't like difficult carrots - I recommend steaming or otherwise partially cooking them outset. This comes out a chip bland, so continue some salt or garlic table salt on mitt!
xi/15/2010
5 stars. Simple ingredients, classic season. Very HEARTY. I used fresh parsley, doubled the veggies (added one bag froz. mixed veg.)and noodles and added 2 extra cans chicken goop. I remember you lot make any modification to this and it would plow out.
ten/02/2006
I could not believe something with such basic items could taste so good. My family loved information technology. Cheers for submitting.
07/23/2008
This is really good, but ane/4 cup beefiness bouillon granules makes it manner besides salty.
03/14/2002
This was a quick & piece of cake recipe. It tasted corking and I volition employ it again. Thanks
02/12/2002
I used Caribou in place of the beef, so I simmered information technology a bit longer. I also increased the amount of water as I constitute information technology a flake thick. Other than that, it was a hitting! I served information technology with fresh multi-grain bread from my breadmaker (easy). This recipe is a keeper for a quick supper meal!
x/07/2001
This recipe was really good. I've been looking for a skillful and like shooting fish in a barrel beef noodle recipe for a while, I constitute it at present. I used regular egg noodles instead of frozen and it worked keen.
04/xxx/2015
Gotta honey beef noodle soup but at that place is no need to use pre-cooked or frozen noodles, nor is there a need to add them until the soup is finished simmering. At that bespeak remove the pot from heat, add dry noodles, encompass and let stand ten minutes. Noodles volition be done just non mushy. Simmer noodles for xxx minutes and you are guaranteed mushy noodles whether they were cooked ahead of time or not!
xi/03/2006
I used leftover roast from Autumn Roast (from this site), which had loads of flavor on it's own. I had some low sodium beef broth in the refrigerator so I used half that & half h2o (I added at least a loving cup actress), calculation a couple of tsp of beefiness base. I am out of celery and then I added a tsp or and so of celery seed for flavour & I sauteed my onion in garlic infused olive oil. Stale parsley adds no flavor at all so I subbed crushed rosemary & used the parsley to garnish our bowls with. I also added steak seasoning salt & used stale egg noodles, adding them the final 10 minutes of cooking. I sliced upward infant carrots & let them cook nearly through before calculation the noodles. Thsi was a great use for leftover roast...thanks Brenda!
02/24/2005
Swell condolement food. I used dried egg noodles instead of frozen and you add together them when there is 10 minutes left on the timer (the first time I made it I added the noodles and simmered for xxx minutes and the noodles were super mushy!). This is an easy, no-fail dinner.
11/06/2008
I used your recipe for church soup supper fund raiser. I came habitation with an empty pot. I always use beefiness broth instead of boullion.
09/06/2007
this was great merely i thought it lacked a little spice, mayhap its a affair of gustatory modality as im Indian. I subbed frozen egg noodles for those dried kinds and information technology withal worked fine =) will make once more!
08/29/2010
This recipe is very bland & requires changes, imo. I used beefiness broth instead of water, ii- 32 oz containers, still wasn't plenty liquid and then I added 2C. h2o & a T. beef bouillon granules. Next fourth dimension I volition add together 3- 32 oz containers. I used fresh greenish beans instead of celery & sirloin steak instead of stew meat. Browned onions, carrots & beefiness, seasoned with seasoning common salt & Italian seasoning then simmered for xv mins. And then added non-frozen noodles & green beans & simmered another 15 mins. It was very bland. I retrieve next time I'll either add Lipton soup mix or a bay foliage.
03/29/2003
Using bouillon made this soup mode too salty. Next time I will use depression sodium beef goop. The soup had a good flavor. It could use more vegetables. I used tenderized stew meat, browning it with the onion (no need to sauté the celery), so cooking everything except the vegetables and noodles for an hr. Add vegetables and melt for 20 minutes and so add the noodels and melt 10 more than minutes. The meat came out very tender. Groovy soup that is really piece of cake to make.
10/18/2003
My family loved trying a beef soup that didn't have potatoes in it. I doubled the recipe and cooked it in the crockpot for 7 i/2 hours on depression, added iii c. dry out egg noodles and cooked it for i/2 hour more than. Turned out great. I didn't double the onion or the bouillon. Will make again soon.
01/09/2011
I thought this was bang-up. I did employ beef broth only considering I like that better. I realized I was out of noodles so I made dumplings. Information technology really has a good flavor.
10/12/2007
Great recipe. I added garlic while I was cooking the meat/onions/celery. I didnt take whatever Beefiness Boul., so I used ii packets of Onion Soup mix. I too added a bit more water & bought crinkle carrots already cut up at the store. Great recipe for when you are in a hurry too!!! The meat was a bit tougher than I like merely no large deal, peradventure cooking this in the crockpot would help that out. I also used whole wheat noodles & it was perfect!! THANX
04/02/2006
Used left over beef roast and Better than Bouillion. Very cheap and easy to make. Family liked it.
05/01/2011
I thought it was a fiddling banal and missing something, but I could not effigy out what that was :(
10/03/2001
This was the greatest recipe I accept tried yet on this site. Information technology was thick and full of goodies. The kids absolutely loved it too!!
12/31/2001
This soup is great. I used sirloin steak instead of stew meat. This is a keeper!!!
05/eighteen/2007
This soup was very good. I didn't have any egg noodles but added 1/ii c. of dry alphabet noodles while cooking. I used leftover roast and potatoes from previous repast. I used more than water than was chosen for and added one pkg. of onion soup mix powder. My family thought it was peachy.
09/28/2010
Not a big fan of meat merely this soup was very good and easy. I cooked it for a couple of hours on low to tenderize the meat. I added the noodles 10 minutes before serving. Thanks!
02/01/2011
Just wasn't what I was looking for. Rather bland and unmemorable. Probably won't fix this again.
01/x/2008
I went and made this recipe turn out really good,I went and brown the meat added garlic and onion fresh mushroom, besides i added big can beef broth and h2o, put it in the crock pot for 1 60 minutes and so reject to low and melt all mean solar day,so i add my noodle but before we ate, what a mouth water recipe this is.I will keep this recipe in my file, thanks for great recipe.christina
12/07/2008
I doubled this recipe and deadening cooked it in my shiny new seven quart deadening cooker. I used Herb Ox sodium and MSG gratis bouillon, and then salted to taste with bounding main common salt. This is the perfect method for those who complain about besides picayune or too much taste. Soups tin exist very subjective so start with a base recipe and flavour to taste. I threw in two cans of tuckered peas, cooked the egg noodles separate and added them to the slow cooker the last 60 minutes. Very yummy, hit the spot with outside temps nearly 0° and a snow tempest.
09/03/2006
I modified this recipe, using 2 cups diced, cooked beefiness roast and dry egg noodles instead of frozen. I also added 1 Tbsp of Worcestershire sauce and a fifteen oz can of diced, stewed tomatoes. My family thought it was great!
04/xxx/2004
This was an excellent soup even though I didn't utilise the stew meat. I fabricated this with diced left over roast beef, and instead of using bouillon and water I used low sodium beef broth. I besides used homemade noodles, merely that is just a personal preference since I accept spoled everyone with them.
01/04/2011
Excellent recipe and to proceed the time cooking the beef downwardly, I cut up leftover pot roast and roast beef I had on mitt in the freezer. Fast and very like shooting fish in a barrel!
01/05/2011
really good! I increased all the veggies, used dried egg noodles and we used leftover prime rib from the holidays. Next time I volition go with low sodium broth to control the salt every bit the granules tend to be too salty for usa. Will stay in my recipe box!
08/12/2004
This was EXCELLENT, and and so easy! I used frozen pre-cooked meatballs in identify of the beefiness, and it turned out wonderful. Thanks!!!
09/06/2010
Excellent FLAVOUR. HEARTY, Thanks FOR SHARING YOUR RECIPE.
09/xiii/2010
I prepared this the night before and merely let it melt in the crock pot all 24-hour interval. Very easy and good.
08/28/2010
My family really loved this recipe. Nosotros made a few small changes. I cooked everything the same, except I added some brown rice flour to thicken the soup. I didn't use any water or bouillon. I just added 1-2 cups of broth and fabricated information technology more than like a sauce. I cooked the noodles separately and poured the sauce over the noodles. They loved it!
01/04/2011
Instead of using Bulion cubes or stock.. I don't like store bought., I just form carrots and Zucchini, with celery and let those stew in a stock pot for 3-iv minutes in olive oil, follow with beef (embrace information technology with salt and black pepper before browning to lock in the flavors. Later on meat browns, add water and a whole cleaned onion, more cut vegetables, potatoes, leaks, celary carrot. Cook everything until the meat is cooked through and all other ingredients are cooked to your liking. Egg noodles sound lovely, only my daughter is allergic to eggs so nosotros will utilize another type of noodle.
08/15/2011
Very good, but after browning, I simmered the beef, onion, celery in goop for ane hour to tenderize the beefiness, then added the carrots for 30 mins then the noodles for ten minutes - otherwise the carrots and noodles would have turned to mush.
01/24/2001
I boiled the meat for an hour then that it would be tender. Then I put everything in a crock pot.
04/02/2008
I made this i awhile ago and never got effectually to reviewing it. I did think it was really good. Whenever I make stew, or use stew meat in soup I normally dredge the meat in flour first, then brownish it. That usually helps the meat stay tender. Thanks for sharing!
06/06/2011
This was a like shooting fish in a barrel and delicous recipe. I used cubed beef that was on sale at the grocery store, and it turned out really tender and was very easty to pull autonomously at the end. I cooked the egg noodles and added them almost a half hour before before serving. The noodles turned to mush subsequently I froze and reheated the soup but otherwise a great recipe.
12/06/2011
Delicious! I used beefiness stock instead of h2o, and added dry out onion soup, 1 can of diced tomatoes, garlic a niggling basil and some parsley. I likewise added a can of dark-green beans and thickened it a fiddling with cornstarch. YUM!
01/04/2011
Added three cans beefiness broth, 1/two tin water and un-cooked cut up stew meat to crockpot. Added tin can tuckered corn. Added more parsley, garlic pulverization and some stale basil. Used i/four loving cup tater flakes to assistance thicken. Volition make again and experiment with spices.
02/12/2011
I made this exactly as directed and my hubby and I thought it was VERY bland. Non terrible, but needed to add a lot to it to give it fifty-fifty a little bit of flavor.
05/xiv/2002
very, very, very good
02/07/2007
this was very very yummmy!!
12/31/2010
cut meat upwardly very small. adept taste
02/01/2011
this was proficient..I added a lilliputian table salt which was a mistake because information technology came out a piddling salty..it was adept though..lots of ways to add different veggies; I added cabbage..will make again
06/25/2006
This is a GREAT way to use leftover roast beef! My husband loves this soup, especially on a chilly twenty-four hour period. It's very filling! Thanks!
05/20/2008
We really liked this! Of course it'southward non a gourmet meal, just for a busy weeknight it's a great, flavorful lifesaver. Added a salad and some biscuits with beloved, anybody scarfed information technology upwards! Used Knorr beef bouillon cubes, which added keen season. Beefiness was tender, carrots were tender. It was delicious. Cheers for sharing!
01/16/2011
I fabricated this for dinner tonight. Information technology is hardy enough to serve equally a main dish. My husband & I both liked it. I used stir fry beef instead of stew meat because it is more tender. Also, I added a pocket-size container of fresh mushrooms with the onions and celery. I used regular egg noodles instead of frozen.
04/24/2015
Totally agreed with Linda McLean'due south changes, with one minor comment. Instead of pasta, this recipe screams for potatoes instead of pasta. Will definitely exist making once again, but will add spuds to melt in the soup instead of noodles. As an aside, I gave some of the soup, sans whatsoever carbohydrate, to a friend, who added some leftover cheese tortelini. She loved information technology and has asked for the recipe. Thank you for sharing, Brenda.
02/27/2008
I added some cubed potato & barley and used beef broth in addition to the water/bouillon cubes for more flavor. Anyway- I still thought this merely enhhh... it was ok that dark but I couldn't eat it for left overs at all, which usually I don't have any problem doing. I probably won't brand this again. I call up in that location are meliorate beefiness soups out there for usa personally.
01/eleven/2009
My kids and I liked this, only my husband wasn't a fan. I took the advice of others and used beefiness stock instead of water and added i/4 t of thyme and marjoram too as i bayleaf. Subsequently about 2 hours, I tasted and was worried it tasted a little bland so I added a parcel of Lipton Onion soup mix. I'grand glad I did, it really turned the soup around. I simmered for about 4-five hours on the stove.
12/thirteen/2011
Thanks, Brenda for this recipe! I will acknowledge that I changed information technology a lot, only I'm however giving information technology 5 stars...why? Because it helped me brand a very yummy beef soup (for the 1st time, I might add together). So for leading me to success in the kitchen, you get 5 stars from me! I call back there is existent value in providing people a jumping-off signal to then customize and create dishes that appeal to their particular circumstances, supplies, and tastes. Reading the reviews and hearing what others have to say has helped me get a better cook--one of the many reasons I beloved this site! Some of my changes were based on previous reviews, some were based on what I had on manus. Hopefully reading what I did differenly will assistance someone else go their ain way and also find culinary success. Now for what I did differently: dredged the beef in flour and herbs (thyme, marjoram, rosemary, onion powder, garlic pulverization) and browned in oil. And so added onions & garlic, and then @ 6 cups of beefiness goop (two cans low-sodium, 2 cups/cubes bouillon). Added a bay leafage & allow it cook for 45 minutes, then added a bag of frozen mixed veggies. Brought back to a boil, then simmered until the beefiness was tender. Had leftover cooked egg noodles in the fridge, so I but added them to each individual bowl (this way they don't become mushy when you store the soup). I know, it doesn't sound much like the original. But without the original, my version wouldn't have happened. And then thanks once more, Brenda!
xi/27/2011
I was looking for a quick beefiness soup recipe and this was perfect! Everyone was very tranquility at the dinner table so I knew they loved it too ;) I take never even heard of frozen egg noodles so I used dry. Thanks!
09/22/2004
Practiced recipe. I used beef goop instead of the water and burgoo and the soup concluded up perfectly salted. I didn't take whatever frozen noodles on hand so I used dry out egg noodles. I gave it a 4 but considering it wasn't the all-time however it was very expert and I'd get in once again. Possibly the frozen noodles would arrive fifty-fifty better.
01/05/2011
I am the earth's worst soup maker and I tried this this night for the family and they loved it, and so did I. It was easy and I used macaroni instead of noodles considering that's what I had. Also used combination of beef broth and beef boullion because when I put it in the crockpot, the macaroni took upwardly nearly of the liquid, and so I just added more and it was just equally good. Thanks and then much, I can finally make soup.
11/01/2007
I've made this recipe twice. The first time I followed the original recipe to the T and didn't think it had any flavor except a weird afterwards gustatory modality. My boyfriend enjoyed it so I made it again. The 2nd time I tried the suggestions to add flavour and it still was not very good.
11/01/2002
Delicious & Easy!!! Will make again, and again!
01/08/2008
I used about 6 oz of dry egg noodles. So hearty and delicious!!
09/09/2005
This has go a staple in my repertoire. Great comfort nutrient during the cold months, and very like shooting fish in a barrel. I usually have to add more h2o or goop. It smells wonderful while simmering on the stove!
01/eleven/2011
Followed recipe with the exception of seasoning meat with: seasoned salt, pepper, celery salt & onion pulverization earlier sauteeing with onion (no celery available). Used two cups beef broth instead of water. Added a can (rinsed) of mixed beans for salubrious add-on. Used dried noodles...Good, healthy, hearty meal.
02/21/2004
My married man LOVED this recipe. We took servings for piece of work-tiffin, and the first words out of his mouth when he got home were 'five stars!' I idea the recipe was tasty besides, and I'll get in over again. I did substitute pre-cooked meatballs (quartered) for the stew beefiness because that's what I had on paw. Very home-y and satisfying. Quick too!
01/04/2011
I fabricated this recipe the same day I got it in my electronic mail... I also changed a couple of things to suit my taste.. I sauteed my meat and veggies in extra virgin olive oil and later on my veggies were cooked nearly done I added mushrooms and a can of drained water chestnuts. I used two containers of beef broth and added three cubes of Knorr garlic and 3 cubes of Knorr cilantro to my soup... I have a beautiful gear up of waterless cookware and it made brusque work of the toughness in the meat.... It was delicious and will be made again. In that location are and then many ways to arrange this soup to brand information technology interesting and different. I appreciate having it to play with and enjoy. Thanks Brenda...
01/29/2012
I used ane pound of fried ground chuck in stead of beefiness stew meat and turned out good.
01/03/2003
I fabricated it like the recipe said, but the meat was really tough. And so I put information technology in the force per unit area cooker for half an hour and it turned out soooo expert. The meat practically melted in my rima oris. This is a definite keeper in my house. :)
08/01/2011
Nifty recipe! Very yummy! I just added more than water, noodles, and extra veggies from the garden (zucchini and yellowish squash). Hit the spot, and the family loved it, too!
03/12/2013
Expert basic soup! I added a piddling soy sauce and some spinach that I needed to use up. I also used a inexpensive cut of beefiness that I had in the freezer, which surprisingly came out very tender.
01/11/2002
